Laurel is the sister of a good friend of mine, so it was both a privilege and a lot of fun getting to know another member of the family. Laurel and I discussed in advance what type of wedding images she liked and what kinds of style were most attractive to her, she has very good taste. Once the wedding day came around it was fun to see how Laurel put attention and detail into all the elements of her wedding day. On the wedding day I got to know Peter as we were photographing, he was a lot of fun. The neighbors had a wonderful backyard, that they graciously let us photograph in, and there were almond orchids on the side of the house and of course the road right outside the reception area. Kameron Olds, an amazing photographer, from Shooting Gallery Photography assisted me with this wedding since it was up in central California.
